Victory University utilizes NGL for the delivery of course content for on-campus and online courses. Below are resources and FAQ’s to help you start using NGL as well as how to contact the NGL Support Desk.

Please review the document “How to Create your NGL System Login Information” to understand the process of setting up your username and password in NGL. Please review the document entitled “Logon FAQs” if your encounter problems setting up your username and password for NGL.
If your setup instructions were sent to your personal email and you get the following error when trying to validate your student record, use that email address to locate your student record.
“Your student record could not be located.”
“Please contact IT Support to reset your password”
If you have not received an email with instructions on how to create your password, check your junk mail folder for an email from Victory University.
If you are still unable to find the email, the documents under the category “Logging onto NGL” describe the step by step process for setting up your NGL credentials.
