Student Handbook
Victory University is a community of learners and believers who seek to respect the rights of others and make responsible contributions to the mission and goals we share. In order to establish an atmosphere of mutual respect, and one conducive to both intellectual and spiritual growth, all members of this community have both rights and responsibilities outlined in our handbook, and are expected to observe the college’s policies and procedures designed to provide a positive, fair and orderly structure in which to function. It is the student’s responsibility to read and comprehend the University’s regulations, including those in the application for admission, the Academic Catalog, and the Student Handbook.
